Tickets for the 2 main events for the 29th Concurs de Castells de Tarragona, due on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th of October, will be available for purchase on Wednesday, 24th of July at 10am, at concurscastells.tarragona.cat. A total of 4.363 tickets will be available for the event due on Saturday, 5th of October, all located in the stands; while 4.445 of the tickets available for the event due on Sunday, 6th of October, will be located in the stands, with 1.195 more on the second floor.

Where can I buy the tickets?
Tickets for the 29th Concurs de Castells will begin on Wednesday, 24th of July at 10am, at concurscastells.tarragona.cat and can be purchased using both a debit or credit card.
The system has failed! What now?
The software company in charge, Koobin, has reinforced the platform with a broadband system, which should stop any failures. However, just as in previous editions, we are aware that this situation may still happen due to the great number of ticket requests entering the server at the same time. Thus, the team behind Concurs de Castells will work closely with the software company in charge in order to solve all issues that may arise during the process.
I was not able to get the tickets and they’ve run out!
The number of tickets available is limited and, surely enough, they tend to run out pretty soon, especially those for the event due on Sunday. Despite this, some extra tickets may be released after a few minutes, as some purchasing processes are not finished in time.

The maximum number of tickets you can purchase is 4.
What is the price of the tickets?
Tickets for the event on Saturday, 5th of October, is 6€ in the stands (with a seat); while tickets for the event due on Sunday, 6th of October, is 15€ in the stands (with a seat) and 12€ in the second floor (without a seat). The event due in Torredembarra has free access.
Do children have to purchase a ticket?
Kids under 2 years old do not take a seat and, therefore, don’t need a ticket.

Suggestions for the sale day
Here’s some suggestions you should bear in mind for the day tickets are available. Don’t wait until the very last moment! 4 years ago, tickets for the event due on Sunday run out in just 90 minutes and, for the first time, the event due on Saturday was sold out.
What should I do before the process starts?
1) Sign in a few days earlier at concurscastells.tarragona.cat. Don’t wait until the last minute.
2) Remember the email and password used during the sign in process.
3) Have your credit or debit card with you.
4) Make sure your details are correctly typed; specially, your email address, and that you have enough funds in your card.
5) Don’t forget you can only purchase 4 tickets.
6) You have limited time to complete the purchase and, if you run out of time, you might get a message that says no more are available. However, some extra tickets might be released in the next few minutes, due to some purchasing processes not being finished in time.
7) Make sure the event (Saturday 5th or Sunday 6th) and area (stands, with seat, or second floor, without a seat) chosen are correct.
